  • Social media censorship of speech may head to supreme court

A New Orleans federal appellate court for the Fifth Circuit has reversed and remanded a lower court decision that held that a Texas law, House Bill 20, (HB20) was unconstitutional. About time we get the social media giants to allow free speech
''The great enemy of clear language is insincerity. When there is a gap between one's real and one's declared aims, one turns, as it were, instinctively to long words and exhausted idioms, like a cuttlefish squirting out ink''. -George Orwell

When or if this does get to the SCOTUS I will have my popcorn ready. All SM businesses are privately owned by some of the wealthiest people in this world with many big money donors on their side. Censorship certainly should be outlawed but probably never will be in my lifetime.

Although I still have Fakebook Accounts as we remember the fuckwad from Canada that used to troll these pages reminded of us of...my main "Fuck You Liberals" Social Media sites are this one and GAB....which has Zero Restrictions on Free Speech, and why few Liberals go there...but like Gary says, unless we arrest useless bastards like Mark Suckerberg for Treason and Conspiracy, which he is guilty as Hell of...the chances of any of these bastards, along with 95% of the main stream media, allowing total free speech are slim...

Gab is a social network that champions free speech, individual liberty and the free flow of information online. All are welcome.
